Description Hiking with a packsaddle donkey! Olaf, Ugolin, Pedro, Ponpon, Biscuit, Basile and the other donkeys of Valdeblore are on hand to help you discover of the Southern Alps and to carry your load!
Different routes have been planned out for all levels and ages. Ride and hike with a donkey from one hour and a half to seven days who will carry your backpacks and overnight bag.
A great, unusual and less tiring way of discovering some of the magnificent landscapes of the mountain as a family!
Each donkey is fitted with a rug, a packsaddle, bags and a tether. It can carry up to 40kg of goods and/or people!
A map will be given to you before the departure with advice for your hike.
Open: from 8.30am to 5pm everyday of the week from June to September
Prices:
Half-day: 30€ per donkey
Entire day: 45€ per donkey
Booking is advised for the longer hikes.

Description Come and discover this charming mountain village just over a 1 hour drive from Nice, perfect for a family day out with children of all ages.
Many different walking paths are near by and suitable for a gentle family stroll or a more energetic trek.
Begin with a picnic by a small lake, a short and easy10 minute walk from the car park. It is prohibited to swim but the surroundings are magnificent and you can take a ball to play with or go for one of the longer walks from this point.
For those who prefer having a proper toilet on hand rather than disappearing behind a tree, a public one is in the village a quick 5 minute walk away.
You can combine the walks with mini-golf and a go on the adventure playground, a pony ride or a bounce on a trampoline. The more energetic ones can drive a few minutes further to the starting point of the summer toboggan slope.

Description This ranch, open all year, is situated a 2 minute drive from Frejus Zoo, and organises pony rides, horse riding lessons, school holiday workshops and even kids birthday parties.
Pony rides from 2 years old: parents pull the pony on easy, sign posted trails surrounding the ranch - 8€/25 mins.
Pony outings from 4 years old: rides on docile ponies. Once the children have been tested to make sure that they can cope with a small trek, they are led by an adult on easy paths to a tipi where they will make beaded bracelets and Indian necklaces, have their faces painted and play tam tams. This is an original idea for a child's birthday party. Price: 15€/1hr trek.
Birthday Parties: Celebrate your child's birthday in an Indian setting which included pony rides. Parents must bring along the cake and birthday snack.
Tourist Treks: Head of the discover the surrounding Var countryside, either in the morning or the afternoon. Ideal for a family outing. Price: 15€/1 hr.
Riding School: Organises riding lessons on Wednesdays and during the school holidays.
